Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 1513(a) (2010) - The Division established a substantial probability of serious physical harm or death from a fall of more than 11 feet from a sloped roof to the ground. Employer failed to prove that it lacked knowledge of the violation, but the Division did not establish the accident-related classification.
FALL PROTECTION - PERSONAL FALL ARREST SYSTEMS
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 1670(a) (2010) - Employer failed to ensure that an employee wore fall protection when he crossed a roof to access another work location. However, Employer established the independent employee act defense.
