JURISDICTION – PETITION FOR RECONSIDERATION, INTERLOCUTORY
Labor Code §§ 6317, 6614 (2020) – Because the order Employer petitioned the Appeals Board to reconsider was interlocutory, the Board lacked jurisdiction over Employer’s petition. Moreover, the citations were issued within the statute of limitations and received by Employer within a reasonable time.
