HAZARDOUS ENERGY CONTROL – TRAINING
Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3314(j)(1) (2015) – Employer failed to provide the required training on hazardous energy control procedures or hazards related to cleaning, repairing, servicing, setting up and adjusting a horizontal bandsaw. However, the penalty was eliminated as duplicative of the penalty imposed for the violation of §3314(g)(1)(B).
