PROTECTION FROM ELECTRIC SHOCK - DETERMINING PRESENCE OF ENERGIZED ELECTRIC POWER CIRCUIT Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8 §1518(d) (2009) - Employer violated the safety order when its employee drilled into a concrete slab without taking any of the required steps to determine the presence of an energized electric power circuit within the slab. The Division properly classified the violation as serious.
