Bimbo Bakeries, a California company whose machine-guarding woes led to public criticism of Cal/OSHA's enforcement and penalty system last year, is again under the enforcement microscope. The Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) has cited three company facilities for numerous deficiencies, including willful/serious charges. DOSH is proposing more than $230,000 in penalties overall.
