The high-stakes fight continues over Gov. Schwarzenegger's furlough order for state workers in agencies that don't receive money from the state General Fund, such as Cal/OSHA. A Superior Court judge has refused to stay his order ending the furloughs. Now the state Court of Appeal has reinstated the furloughs, at least temporarily.
