SPOKANE - OSHA's Advisory Committee on Construction Safety and Health has 15 members. There are five women and three of them represent occupational health. Two members are from California: Dr. Ana Maria Osorio, Department of Health Services in Berkeley (public) and Owen Smith, an employer representative with Anzalone & Associates in Sylmar.Knut Ringen, director of the Center to Protect Workers' Rights, chairs the committee and presided over the ACCSH meeting in Spokane August 26 - 28.
