SPOKANE - Cal-OSHA Chief John Howard finally missed a meeting, the September 5 Cal-OSHA Advisory Committee meeting. He was on his way to Europe --- London, Edinburgh, Paris via the "Chunnel" and Stockholm. Staff Services Manager Ed Callanan said Dr. Howard had been invited to make speeches at several places en route. He is expected to be in southern California toward the end of the month.
