Confined Space Fatality in Texas Bakery

SPOKANE - On August 8 Fed-OSHA, after investigating a baker's death in a confined space (the yeast brew vat), issued citations and proposed penalties totaling $1,040,000 against Richter's Bakery, Inc., of San Antonio, Texas. Death was by asphyxiation.
