GLENDALE -- The Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) reports the following recent workplace fatalities:Nov. 8: An employee of Bender Farms of Santa Paula was killed after being crushed by two 1-1/2-ton trusses. The employee and three co-workers were preparing to move several steel trusses; one worker was on a forklift and one employee was on each side of the truss.
