Citing a decision by the Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board "not supported by substantial evidence," a group of agricultural concerns whose petition for a variance was denied in July has asked for a rehearing.The petition, which was initiated more than three years ago by Agricultural Safety Services Group Ltd. (ASSG), sought the variance to allow its members to use furrow-guided, self-propelled tractors without an operator having to be stationed at the vehicular controls. AS
