California's Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) has charged the Santa Clara County Fire Department with three serious violations of Title 8 safety and health regulations in the Feb. 13 death of a fire captain who was electrocuted by a 12,000-volt power line while fighting a house blaze.
