Florida Employer Legally Delayed Fed-OSHA Inspection

Fed-OSHA inspectors were legally turned away from a construction site recently in Hollywood, Fla., until they obtained a warrant. The agency later returned with the warrant, but found no major problems. OSHA's area director, Jose Sanchez, said the company, Structure Tone, was within its legal right to force the inspectors to seek a warrant.
