Nearly $10 Million in High Hazard Employer Fund

SAN FRANCISCO - The 11,387 California employers with 1995 workers' compensation experience modification ratings (X-mods) of 125% (1.25) or more were recently sent a billing notice signed by Cal-OSHA Chief John Howard that announced the amount of their 1996 assessment. The money collected supports the High Hazard Employer Program (HHEP).
