Religious Discrimination in Board’s Beard Variance Denial?

A Messianic Christian who adheres to Jewish Orthodox law says he will lose his job if Cal/OSHA does not allow him to wear a respirator with the facial hair.  Now a religious rights group has gotten involved in a Standards Board variance decision.
