The Division of Occupational Safety and Health has cited three employers in a January incident in which two workers were killed while making repairs inside a blimp.A man and a woman employed by Worldwide Aeros Corp. of Chatsworth were killed at the San Bernardino Airport Jan. 27 by asphyxiation.
