Digest of COSHAB's Decision After Reconsideration dated August 13, 1987, Docket No. 85-R1D3-1430. Elaine W. Donaldson, Chairman; L. A. Harrington and Michael R. Monagan, Members.

The Appeals Board reversed the ALJ decision of April 25, 1986 (Digest 16,580). The Board denied Employer's appeal from a serious violation of 1629(a)(1) (stairways and ladders) and assessed the $150 proposed penalty. Reconsideration was on petition by Division.
