The Appeals Board affirmed the ALJ decision of July 23, 1984 (Digest 15,826) and denied an appeal from a general violation of 3272(f) (aisles, walkways and crawlways). Employer did not provide clearance limit warning signs as required "where normal clearances present a hazard with the use of industrial vehicles..." The hazard was presented by a catwalk near an area where a forklift was customarily loaded with pallets.
