Digest of COSHAB's Decision After Reconsideration dated June 9, 1999, Docket No. 94-R3D5-2087. James P. Gazdecki, Chairman; Bill Duplissea, Member.

The Appeals Board reversed the ALJ decision of July 25, 1995 [Digest 18,800], with respect to a serious violation with a proposed $3,000 penalty. The ALJ, while affirming a violation, had reduced the classification to general and the penalty to $100. The Appeals Board reinstated both the original classification and penalty.
