PENALTIES - FIELD SANITATION VIOLATIONS
LAB. 6712(d)(1) (2001) - The Appeals Board reversed the ALJ's assessment of no penalty for a field sanitation violation of failure to provide a toilet and handwashing facility. The ALJ did not have the discretion to assess less than the statutory minimum required penalty of $750.
