LADDERS - FIXED
CAL. CODE REGS, tit. 8, § 1675(m) (2002) - An employee used a defective fixed wooden ladder to access a garage roof, but the Division did not provide in the citation or at the hearing a clear description of the alleged violation, or prove that the fixed ladder did not comply with a requirement of the safety order. Employer's due process rights were violated and the citation was dismissed.
