FALL PROTECTION – PERSONAL FALL ARREST SYSTEMS Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 1670(a) (2014) – The Board upheld a citation against Employer for failure to ensure that an employee wore fall protection while working on a roof.
DEFENSES – INDEPENDENT EMPLOYEE ACTION (IEAD) Employer could not establish the IEAD because its plastering foreman on the worksite was a management employee.
