LOADS - SECURING AGAINST DANGEROUS DISPLACEMENT Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 3704 (2012) - Employer failed to secure a dangerous load against displacement. A two-by-four was not effective in restraining a pipe weighing at least 1,500 pounds; a more effective method of restraint could have been used.
