Cal. Code Regs, tit. 8, § 6964(a) (2015) – The cited violation for failure to conduct detailed monthly inspections of all working places and equipment, as a committee, was not established. Employer conducted monthly inspections, and there was no express requirement that the entire safety committee conduct monthly inspections of all plants with all members of the committee present at each inspection.
