Flash Report: California’s Permanent Heat Illness Regulation Becomes Official

Cal-OSHA Reporter has just learned that the state's landmark permanent regulation on heat illness prevention has been approved by the Office of Administrative Law. It became effective July 27 and immediately replaces the emergency standard that has been in place since August 2005.
