Flash Report: Cal/OSHA Investigating Yet Another Possible Heat-Related Death

California may have suffered its fourth heat-related workplace fatality of the year when a Central Valley worker collapsed and later died in Madera County July 25. The death follows two other worker fatalities in the valley and one in Sonoma County that are believed to have been caused by the summer's historic heat wave.
